CZ12 SUPERVISORY OZONE MONITOR

The CZ12 Supervisory Space Ozone Monitor displays residual ozone in quantifiable units down to 2 part per billion.  The ozone monitor offers fail safe operation with a built-in watchdog circuit that performs self-diagnosis every 2 minutes for system, components, hardware and software faults. UL 867A listed for safe use of duct mounted ozone generators in numan occupied spaces.  Can be provided with an LED light to display normal operation, relay on, alarm condition and malfunction.  Continuous 24/7 display on 3 1/4″ LED Monochrome screen.  Displays ozone concentration down to 2 part per billion in increments of 1 part per billion. Fault codes for out of calibration, self test failure, fan failure, relay failure and service due.

 ControZone CZ6-SC VOC Sensor & Controller

The ControZone CZ6-SC Sensor and or Controller offers a reliable, efficient and cost effective solution to track and control VOC in your indoor environment and reduce energy used by your HVAC system. Duct or space mounting options offer total flexibility to suit all applications.  The Sensor Module continuously tracks weighted average concentration of indoor VOC and odor. It delivers a signal to a built-in Variable Load Controller which provides variable voltage to modulate IAQ devices, to eliminate or minimize offending VOC, odor and cigarette smoke. LED lamps provide visual indication of prevailing VOC level. Fully factory wired in one neat 18 gauge CRS Powder Coated Satin Finish enclosure.  Only field wiring required are input and output power cables, and interlock wiring. All in one enclosure provides an easy, economical and quick installation.

Sensor Module responds to rapid changes in TVOC and provides variable 0 to 10 VDC analog signal. Factory preset signal strength to indicate 1 level for clean room and 3 levels of pollution. Adjustable sensitivity control provides flexibility to set baseline to customize user’s requirements. Set sensitivity is retained in the event power is lost, or if system is turned off for maintenance. Sensor is suitable to read multiple VOC present indoor and deliver signal based on TVOC. HMOS sensor element is ideally suited for 24/7 online operation, and requires no recalibration. Provides 0 to 10 VDC analog signal for interface to BMS/BAS.

Controller Module accepts 0 to 10 VDC from Sensor Module and regulates input line voltage 110 V (220 V) to provide variable output voltage, proportionally to level of VOC detected. Variable voltage is used to modulate any IAQ device. Unit mounted Auto Bypass Switch and Power-On Light offer operational flexibility. Sensor and Controller modules are factory wired and housed in 18 G CRS Powder Coated Satin Finish enclosure. Minimizes field wiring to input and output power wiring and electrical interlock cables (if used).

CONTROZONE CZ8-LAN IAQ MONITORING DEVICE WITH REMOTE COMPUTER DISPLAY WITH INTERNET PROTOCOL

The ControZone CZ8-LAN is an IAQ monitoring device with remote computer display with internet protocol.  It tracks and displays VOC, CO2, temperature, and relative humidity.  Can be programmed to send an alert if IAQ is not within the set range.  Saves on operating cost while ensuring IAQ is always at an optimum level.  Allows for remote access through IP.  Provides a time history with instantaneous records of all IAQ parameters.

Four individual sensors provide continuous and rapid response to changing environmental conditions of VOC/Odor, CO2, Temperature, and RH.
